arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help.

🔄 Returns

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is missing parts or items.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

📸 Unboxing Video Required

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please record a clear unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us
verify your claim and process it quickly.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through another suitable payment method agreed with the customer.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Used products without a valid manufacturing defect.
• Products returned without their original packaging.
• Products showing normal wear and tear.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will arrange the appropriate return solution.

For other return reasons, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
