Cancellation and Refund
Overview
At Kik Fitness Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our members as best as possible. Please review our refund policy for memberships, classes, and other services.
Membership Refunds
To be eligible for a membership refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds will be prorated based on the usage of the membership.
- Annual memberships will be refunded on a prorated basis minus any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
- Monthly memberships are not refundable after the initial 3 – day period.

The penalty of Rs 5,000/- & cancellation of gym membership with no refund, if fail to follow the gym etiquette.
Note: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another individual.
Personal Training Daily Session:
- Packages of personal training Daily Session are refundable within 3 days of purchase.
- If you are absent in PT session it will be not extented or carry forward.
Personal Training Session Based:
- Personal training are refundable if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Packages of personal training sessions are refundable within 3 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used. If sessions have been used, a prorated refund will be provided based on the number of sessions remaining.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received via email and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- If rejected, we will inform you of the reason for rejection, and you may choose to appeal the decision or have the option to use the credit for other services at Kik Fitness Studio.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In the event that a class, session, or event is canceled by Kik Fitness Studio, a full refund or credit will be offered to all participants.
